Argh... the plot thickens

so. I know I usually post on Mondays. but stuff happened since Monday that can't wait until next Monday. and I'll have stuff from the weekend to post on Monday. so, I'll do an in-between post now. 

Ron's dad passed this week.. Ron got a phone call Wednesday afternoon that Ron Sr had passed, likely 2 days prior.. cause of death unknown at that time.. He left this morning with his sister and brother-in-law for Vegas to speak with the county coroner and clear some things from the apartment. 

Wednesday morning I had faxed his proof of income paperwork to the state (CalFresh) for his EBT.  he was to call them this morning (2 days later) to be sure they'd received and processed and accepted his proof. well... he left at 6:20am so couldn't call EBT. and then he didn't take his phone so couldn't call EBT. 😐 If it isn't processed in time, or isn't accepted, he won't get June EBT either. if it IS processed and accepted he will get his May AND June EBT in June. 

I got my claim results for my cat. it looks like they ONLY processed the largest invoice (which is good, not the smallest invoice.. but) that means I owe more on my account ☹️ I don't even have the whole 10% that I had anticipated. now I'll have to scrounge up more money in the next week. my reimbursement won't get here by Friday. so, interest it is 🤦

I won't be doing the dental, so I don't need to start the GoFundMe.. it's just too much,  not in my budget, not even a little bit. once I receive that reimbursement, then I can contact the supplemental for hopefully a small quantity to pay towards my portion.
