money, money, money.. must be funny.. in a rich man’s world

today my boss does payroll. she wanted to know if I wanted an advance/deduction for my vet bills on my cat. my paycheck is going to the mortgage. so, no. no deduction.  I calculated that my portion is approximately $138.08 - I have $56 in my purse. so, one week to come up with $82.08 more. 🙄 and if my calculation is wrong, I’ll owe more. but whatever isn’t paid by month-end earns interest.  

so.. now I’m in a sucky mood because I’m all stressed. money sucks - when you don’t have any. I did get my tax refund for state - I guess they did receive my return forms after all. still waiting for the federal refund. and I guess there’s some refund from Turbo Tax for a free return that wasn’t free but should have been. I haven’t received anything but Ron did 😐

I’m just trying to get through this week. next week is shorter (Memorial Day) but then Cat is gone that Friday. De Ann is supposed to be covering when she comes in with Winchester. but she gets here LATE and doesn’t turn out to be much help anyhow. then 2 weeks after that we get another small break. it’s just one day off. but that makes a 4day weekend so it’s better than nothing at all. and looks like I might get another day off in October 🤞 there’s a Vet Conference in Reno so I’m hoping I can take vacay time if they all go (I hope they go.. otherwise we’ll all be stuck working) 😠
