catch-up time

 so I finally made it to the holiday… just barely… our other doctor left last Friday (that was her last day with us) she started a new job in Santa Clarita on Tuesday just after the holiday. I also added her as Facebook friend since we were no longer boss/employee 😁

we changed to weekly meetings a little over a year ago. now we are doing DAILY blips of “what worked” “what didn’t work” “what can we do better” 🙄 so I have to talk and “think” every night after work. there were also a few things we’d discussed at a prior meeting, that we were supposed to think about and respond at that meeting. 😡 I don’t think about work on my days off. that’s MY TIME! so now I gotta figure that out over the weekend for next time. and this is a short weekend. I work Saturday. so I only have Sunday to rest and relax and recover. 

Tuesday, the last day of holiday weekend break, we went to Morro bay. it was optimal temp. no sun, not too hot or cold. saw 3 st bernards, a poodly doo, a xoloitzcuintl, and a golden doodle.  I was busy watching the goldendoodle try to chase sea gulls - and missed the pothole in the sidewalk. I didn’t fall but came very very close. was fine for that day but at night I iced it because it was sore. I have a purple swollen ankle to show for it now.
