September 1st!!

i've been able to do this for a whole month now.. had some hurdles in there where i had to "back step" a day or two.. and rack my brain about what happened on that particular day.

big momma chicken passed away. i saw her on sunday running around with her girls. ronnie was videotaping for his youtube and he has her on tape running around with her girls. she was slower than them, but was a 'big woman' so we didn't question it. it is also molting season, and that takes a toll as well. now we are down to 4 Lavender Ameraucanas (she was our Black Ameraucana) + Bleu (Blue Copper Marans) + Emma (Buff Orpington) + Beauty (Black Astralorp) and Lavender (Olive Egger).. 8 girls

I had a dream I got 2 laying hens off the Fraz Mtn Bulletin Board. and I got Colonel Sanders from work.. that I split the chicken run in half.. got another wading pool for the other side.. and kept 2 flocks, separately.. 

today I headed down to the local auto shop for the tags on the truck.. with extra $$ added on to pay it all. I'm still frustrated this had to happen. I cancelled that check (don't know if it's an immediate thing if i do it online). the "late" dmv cost $452.. and with fees, my total was 501.73  😫😭
