March 10th 2021

I woke up at 8:20 - - I didn't even know what day it was. but got up and dressed, and started my day. 
we got snow overnight but the sun was shining so you wouldn't even have known it. it melted away as the day went on. we got more snow around noon for about 3 hours -- that seemed to melt by the time it hit the ground. we were expecting more at 9pm.. will see. expecting more from 10am to 10pm tomorrow.. oh joy

today I made this for work tomorrow. took quite a bit of time since it's from scratch.
but SO happy with how it came out! can't wait to take a bite!
also in charge of the osha topic tomorrow -- which I am not thrilled about..
